The Team Member position at Blaze Pizza offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic restaurant team. This role is pivotal in executing day-to-day restaurant operations including food preparation, guest service, and maintaining cleanliness standards. With a pay scale of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, Team Members are responsible for delivering the renowned B.L.A.Z.E. Service which stands for Big friendly smiles, Lively fun interactions, Always saying yes, Zoom fast service, and Exceeding expectations. The job demands a guest-focused attitude where employees are expected to engage positively and energetically with customers, ensuring every guest experience is fast, fun, and friendly.

Team Members are trained through Blaze Pizza’s comprehensive Training Program to acquire new skills and responsibilities across various stations within the restaurant. Communication with supervisors is encouraged to facilitate continual growth and performance improvement. The role requires a performance-oriented mindset, understanding the impact of each duty on guests, co-workers, and overall restaurant operations. Team Members contribute significantly to the restaurant’s success by consistently meeting work expectations during shifts while supporting management decisions and maintaining high standards for food safety, cost control, and equipment use.

This position requires a flexible schedule including availability for both opening and closing shifts, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Team Members at Blaze Pizza also need to demonstrate physical capabilities such as standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, working around heat, and lifting up to 75 pounds comfortably.
