Job Duties

  • Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
  • provide membership information and facilitate tours
  • complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
  • membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
  • assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
  • regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
  • make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
  • attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
