Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication skills, management, leadership and organizational skills
  • Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs from one area to another)
  • Attendance and punctuality a must
  • Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers
  • Basic math skills
  • Complete training certification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in fast-food or customer service roles is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to operate cash register and handle cash transactions
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Certification upon completion of training programs
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Interacting with customers by receiving orders, processing sales and payments, managing customer issues
  • Preparing menu items accurately according to company standards
  • Maintaining quality and consistency of food products
  • Monitoring all service equipment to ensure proper operation
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with Labor Board, OSHA regulations, and company standards
  • Unloading, stocking, and maintaining required inventory levels
  • Promoting recognition and motivation efforts among team members
