The role being offered is that of a team member who plays a critical part in fostering an environment of excellence and creating "Raving Fans" by consistently executing all aspects of the Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and Creating Emotional Connections (EC). This position is essential in maintaining Chick-fil-A's outstanding service standards and operational success. The team member will be responsible for ensuring food portions are accurate, presentations meet established standards, and packaging protects the customer experience. They will also be responsible for following the First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory method to maintain food quality.

Team members are expected to uphold the company's values by showing up punctually, maintaining a positive attitude, and working diligently throughout their shifts. Personal growth is encouraged, as individuals proactively pursue certifications and cross-training opportunities. An important aspect of the role involves being a team player, demonstrating leadership qualities, and taking ownership of business stewardship. Special attention is paid to back-of-the-house tasks, including proper holding and timing, batch numbering, waste tracking, and storage procedures. Physical capability to lift between 40 and 60 pounds consistently is also a requirement, reflecting the active nature of the job.

Job Duties

  • read and comply with all parts of the team member handbook

  • deliver portions that are correct and meet all weight and presentation expectations

  • protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level
