Job Requirements
- prolonged stationary standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand and arm motions
- ability to lift 50 pounds or more

- ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and communication

- minimum age 16 years to operate oven (cannot use freight elevator)
- minimum age 18 years to operate mixer
Job Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in the food service industry or equivalent retail experience
- current food handler certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days as required by law
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions in English
- strong guest focus with excellent people skills
- availability to work shifts
- ability to develop effective working relationships with co-workers
- compliance with health and sanitation laws
- experience with computer, smartphones, iPads, retail handhelds, and POS systems preferred
- general knowledge of the food industry or retail operations preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare dough and other products such as lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon
- insert, rotate, and remove pretzel or Cinnabon trays
- monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
- dip, drain, and fill pretzels or Cinnabons in the warmer or hot plate
- prepare drinks and bag orders using proper health and safety measures
- exhibit friendly and courteous attitude toward guests and co-workers
- host, greet, and serve guests with a smile and take orders
- assertively and professionally suggest and upsell to increase profitability
- operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
- serve and provide samples to potential guests
- set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening
- break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing
- perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed
- comply with uniform policy and hygiene standards
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- comply with company policies and relevant regulations
