We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Team Members to join our dynamic team. The Team Member role is crucial in maintaining the high standards expected by our customers and upholding the integrity of our brands. Team Members are responsible for preparing and presenting products from Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon, including pretzels, Cinnabons, and beverages like lemonade and yogurt, ensuring every guest enjoys a fresh and tasty treat.

Beyond food preparation, the role encompasses maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store premises and equipment, adhering to the safety and hygiene standards set by Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC. This includes tasks such as rolling, twisting, dipping, shaping, baking, and packaging products, as well as efficiently operating point-of-sale systems with accuracy and professionalism. The position also emphasizes guest interactions, requiring a friendly and courteous attitude to provide excellent customer service, assist guests with orders, suggest and upsell items to enhance sales, and deliver samples to potential customers.

Ideal candidates are those who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for customer satisfaction. The role involves hands-on food handling, including monitoring baking times and temperatures and performing cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the store meets health and company standards at all times. Team Members should be attentive to uniform policies and appearance standards, contribute to a positive work environment, and comply with all relevant federal and state regulations including OSHA and ADA standards.
