Kaldi's Coffee is currently seeking dedicated Team Members to join their Mid County cafés located in Kirkwood, Ellisville, Chesterfield, Crescent, Demun, and Ladue. Available as full-time and part-time employment, the position starts with a competitive base pay of $12 per hour and includes a tip pool guarantee, ensuring combined hourly earnings never fall below $17. Teams operate daytime hours only, with no late-night shifts, maintaining a family-friendly and balanced schedule.

The Team Member role involves supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house café operations while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality. Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality coffee, drinks, and food, delivering warm and attentive guest service, and maintaining a clean, organized café environment. Team Members are expected to communicate clearly and work collaboratively to keep service running smoothly, adapting to various stations and café needs throughout each shift. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, demanding a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

Kaldi's Coffee values reliability and consistency, and successful candidates demonstrate punctuality, strong work ethic, attention to detail, effective communication, and a willingness to adapt to changing needs. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required, as thorough training is provided to help new employees succeed. An important aspect of this position is availability; candidates must be able to commit to at least three shifts per week and have weekend availability to meet the needs of Mid County cafés. Additionally, candidates must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds, as well as having reliable transportation to their selected café location.
