Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile
- receives orders and processes payments
- responds appropriately to customer issues
- operates cash register or point of sale devices
- uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales
- verifies accuracy of guests' orders
- prepares and packages food and drink products
- cleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, utensils, dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds
- maintains health and safety standards
- unloads and stocks inventory items
- performs duties at multiple workstations including front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter
- follows uniform and grooming standards
- works to resolve issues in the restaurant
- learns team effectiveness skills
- communicates professionally with customers, peers, and managers
- works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- ensures prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- demonstrates dependability and reliability
