Located at 7425 S 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85041, Angie’s Lobster is a pioneering establishment that has redefined the fast-food industry by being the first to bring Maine Lobster to the drive-thru. The Team Member position at Angie’s is central to the company’s mission and daily operations. Earning $18.51 per hour—attainable within a 90-day probationary period with the potential to start at this rate depending on experience—this role offers more than just a paycheck. They are responsible for creating the best possible drive-thru experience by ensuring efficient, accurate, and friendly service. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety, including proper use of kitchen machinery such as fryers and grills. Additionally, Team Members communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, input orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and personal accountability.

- adhere to all food safety standards including working with fryer, grill and kitchen machinery
