We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Member to join our team at Playa Bowls Raleigh. In this role, you will be a critical part of our front-line operations, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and positive experience from the moment they walk in. Your duties will include greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner, accurately taking and preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, assisting with inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed. Working closely with your team members, you will contribute to a collaborative environment that prioritizes efficiency and quality.

The role requires someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is necessary, and previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry will be highly valued, though not mandatory. Bilingual skills, especially in English and Spanish, and certifications related to food handling further enhance your ability to succeed and provide a high standard of service.
