Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work weekends
Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash accurately
Completion or progress towards cast certification program
If selling or serving alcohol, must complete required training and obtain certificate
Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol where applicable
Able to follow company dress code
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to perform physical demands of the job including standing, walking and lifting
Willingness to read and comply with all training materials and company policies

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
Good public speaking and listening skills
Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
Problem-solving skills including gathering and evaluating relevant information
Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
Ability to establish goals, budget time and set priorities
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, talk, hear, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

Provide guest service by selling tickets, concessions and/or working as an usher
Work weekends and availability for weekday opening and/or closing shifts
Operate POS system accurately handling cash, credit cards and coupons
Promote the Regal Crown Club program
Enforce MPAA rating system and company policies
Handle general cleaning duties including restrooms, lobby and auditoriums
Manage crowd control and assist guests to their seats
Conduct in-theatre inspections to ensure picture and sound quality
Ensure compliance with local, state and federal food safety laws where applicable
Read and understand training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination policies
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
