Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
Ability to stand and move for 4 to 8 hours
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Good communication skills
Willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Ability to work at least one of the following shifts: early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
minimum age of 16 years
Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic math skills for handling cash
Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and move intermittently during shifts

Job Duties

Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
practice active listening and connection
anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
float between barista and guest service roles, and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by adhering to cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
understand multitasking demands and take direction from leaders
