Team members in the Box Office are responsible for operating the POS system accurately, managing transactions involving cash, credit cards, and tickets, and promoting premium viewing experiences and loyalty programs like the Regal Crown Club. Those working at the Concession Stand handle food and beverage sales, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain concession equipment, and engage in upselling to enhance customer purchases. Ushers manage auditorium entry by checking tickets, assisting with seating, enforcing the MPAA rating system, and maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the theater premises.
This position requires regular and consistent attendance, adherence to company policies including dress code, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively when called upon. Team members are also expected to participate in training programs covering essential topics such as sexual harassment prevention, discrimination policies, and responsible alcohol service when applicable. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- completion of cast certification program or progress towards it
- legal age to sell or serve alcohol if duties include alcohol service
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, and hear frequently
- occasional ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- capability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- compliance with company policies and dress code
- successful completion of required training programs
