The Team Member role at Pret is vital to the overall shopping experience, working collaboratively within either the kitchen or front of house teams. These individuals are responsible for maintaining a safe and inviting environment for customers while delivering exceptional service that consistently 'wows.' They contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality food and uphold Pret's standards for fresh, organic produce, including their 100% organic milk and coffee. The position is full-time and offers a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour along with a $100 referral bonus as an incentive to attract passionate and motivated team players.
