  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • familiarity with restaurant management software (POS)
  • servsafe license preferred or able to obtain state-approved license
  • knowledge of team leadership
  • ability to maintain uniform standards
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • positive and friendly attitude towards guests
  • exceptional communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
