Starting pay ranges from $11.23 to $18.71 per hour, depending on location and experience, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The physical demands of this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting or standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during the workday, which may require reasonable accommodations. Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests

  • heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard
  • float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
  • take guest orders and manage cash drawer according to cash handling policies
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards throughout the store
  • actively anticipate team and guest needs
  • differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and those requiring leader support
