Working as a Team Member at Bagel Brands offers flexible scheduling with shifts concluding by 3 PM, eliminating late nights and evening shifts. This role provides competitive pay along with opportunities to earn tips in cash and credit card forms, enhancing overall compensation. After two years of employment, Team Members become eligible for paid time off.
