The Team Member role at Checkers & Rally's is integral to achieving these goals. Team Members are expected to passionately serve guests by providing excellent customer service and fast, bold food. This position involves building sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction, responding promptly to guest needs, and escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager. Team Members will undergo cross-training and certification in multiple positions, allowing them to contribute flexibly and effectively across various roles within the restaurant.
