The role involves working closely with franchisees, team members, and guests to build sales and profits through exceptional guest satisfaction. Team members are empowered to identify guests' needs, escalate any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager, and actively contribute to creating a safe, clean, and fun environment for all. This role requires a commitment to the brand’s core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow.
