As a Team Member, individuals may be hired for specific roles such as Server, Drive-Thru Associate, or Production Staff, however, cross-training in all positions is encouraged to foster team flexibility and improve operational efficiency. Servers are responsible for managing the dining room and counter service, taking orders accurately, communicating with kitchen staff, and ensuring orders are delivered promptly. Drive-Thru Associates provide speedy and accurate service to drive-thru customers, handling order entry, payment processing, and order delivery with a focus on speed and correctness. Production Staff prepare menu items according to established recipes, maintaining quality and minimizing waste. All Team Members play a critical role in upholding the standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
Physical demands of this role include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements for prolonged periods during shifts. Team Members must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds for handling various restaurant items such as trays and supplies.
