Caribou Coffee offers a competitive hourly wage in the range of $11.23 to $18.71 per hour, subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. The physical aspects of the job require the ability to perform various activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or sitting for extended periods, and other movements typical in a coffeehouse setting, with accommodations made where necessary.

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests

- take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- maintain store cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
- actively anticipate future needs of team and guests
