The role currently available is primarily for Store Team Members and Store Leaders, who are critical in delivering exceptional guest experiences and efficient store operations. Store Team Members are the friendly faces greeting guests, maintaining cleanliness and order within the store, stocking merchandise, running the cash register, and preparing delicious food items including pizza, donuts, subs, and other deli offerings. No prior experience is needed as employees receive comprehensive cross-training in various store functions, promoting growth and versatility.

Store Leaders hold positions such as Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Shift Lead, Center Store Manager, and Center Store Shift Lead. These leadership roles are essential for creating a supportive and productive store culture. Leaders help guide team members while managing aspects of store operations including inventory management, food preparation, guest service excellence, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and coaching. Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 16 years
  • availability for various shifts including early mornings, evenings, and overnights

  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
  • leadership experience preferred for store leader positions
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
