The current opportunity is for a Team Member position at Caribou Coffee. Serving as the core of the Caribou experience, the Team Member plays a critical role in upholding the company’s values and delivering exceptional service. The role involves creating day-making experiences by providing unparalleled guest service, preparing hand-crafted beverages to exacting standards, and embodying the spirit of Caribou Coffee's purpose and values in every customer interaction. This position offers compensation ranging from $11.23 to $18.71 per hour, subject to local and state minimum wage regulations, and involves varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Team Member is not only responsible for customer interaction but also for maintaining the operational flow of the store. This includes managing cash handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization standards, preparing food according to Caribou protocols, and stepping into various roles within the team as needed. The position demands a high level of resilience under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to serve with love and take ownership of one’s actions. Caribou Coffee values a positive, enthusiastic attitude where making fun happen and supporting one another are core components of daily work life.

Physically, the role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently during the work shift lasting between 4 to 8 hours.
