Job Description

Arby’s is a leading fast-casual restaurant brand renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Founded in 1964 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Arby’s is the second-largest sandwich restaurant brand in the world, operating over 3,500 locations across nine countries. As part of Inspire Brands, a family of well-known restaurant concepts, Arby’s continues to uphold its brand purpose: "Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences." This mission is achieved by celebrating the art of Meatcraft — offering a diverse selection of high-quality proteins paired with crave-worthy sides like their famous Curly Fries and Jamocha shakes. The combination of quick-serve speed with fast-casual quality ensures every guest can enjoy a freshly made, satisfying meal.

Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc., the franchisor of the Arby’s brand, is steadfast in its goal to be the best in the business. This success depends significantly on a talented and dedicated team who embody the culture of working hard, playing fair, and having fun while making a difference. At Arby’s, employees can expect a supportive environment conducive to growth and excellence. Whether you're a meat lover or coming from any other background, the company embraces diversity and encourages all individuals to consider joining their team.

The Restaurant Team Member role at Arby’s is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to contribute to an energetic, customer-focused environment. This role is designed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant on a daily basis. Team members who bring positive energy, commitment to providing exceptional service, and a genuine enthusiasm for crafting delightful dining experiences will thrive in this position. The work involves engaging with guests, maintaining cleanliness and quality standards, and efficiently handling food preparation and orders. It’s a position that offers flexible scheduling, making it an ideal choice for those balancing school, family commitments, or other pursuits.

Team members will also benefit from comprehensive training programs that ensure they develop the skills needed to succeed in the restaurant industry. Arby’s provides continuous learning opportunities that empower employees to grow their knowledge and advance their careers. Advancement opportunities are plentiful, and the company actively promotes from within, rewarding hard work and dedication.

In addition to a dynamic work setting, employees receive competitive compensation with weekly paychecks and valuable benefits. These perks include shift meal discounts, family dining discounts, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, and access to medical, dental, and vision insurance options, subject to eligibility. Arby’s also offers unique wellbeing support tools, recognition programs, and involvement in community and charitable initiatives, helping team members feel connected and valued beyond the workplace.

If you’re at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the U.S., Arby’s encourages you to apply regardless of your previous experience. This role welcomes those who are passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and being part of a dynamic team that values diversity, respect, and teamwork. Join Arby’s and bring home the bacon by contributing to a world-class dining experience while enjoying a career with growth potential and meaningful benefits.
