Serving as the core of the Caribou experience, Team Members are responsible for crafting world-class beverages and delivering unparalleled guest service that goes beyond expectations. This position requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality, attentive to guest needs, and eager to learn and grow within the company. As a Team Member, you will be expected to develop personal, ongoing relationships with guests through active listening, thoughtful recommendations, and proactive problem solving. You will hand-craft beverages to Caribou’s high-quality standards and prepare food items with care and precision. Additionally, Team Members support store operations by managing cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and flexibly fulfilling various team roles.

The Job also demands a positive mindset and resilience under pressure, as well as the willingness to collaborate closely with fellow crew members to create a supportive and fun work environment.
