Your daily activities as a Team Member will include greeting customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude, accurately taking orders, and efficiently operating the cash register. You will prepare and cook signature menu items according to Popeyes standards while ensuring all food is fresh, correctly presented, and delivered promptly. Maintenance of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior spaces, is also a critical part of the job. Team members help keep workstations organized, stock supplies, and adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation protocols. Collaborating with fellow employees and management to meet operational goals and assisting in back-of-house tasks such as inventory and delivery handling are additional responsibilities. The role requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and lifting items typically within the 30-50 pounds range.
