Job Qualifications
- previous quick-service or fast casual restaurant experience is preferred
Job Duties
- participate in daily workload for effective operations
- complete all shift tasks and side work for assigned stations
- offer warm and friendly guest service at all times
- communicate effectively and maintain respectful work environment
- follow all documented recipes and food safety standards in preparation of menu items
- adhere to portion and quality controls for food preparation
- ensure accurate order entry and proper cash handling at the register
- maximize product yield to minimize waste without sacrificing quality
- maintain standards for personal hygiene, uniform and appearance
- possess clear and friendly communication skills
