Job Requirements
- Must obtain State Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire
- ability to comprehend simple instructions

Job Duties
- Greets customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- enters orders into POS system and uses suggestive selling of food products
- receives payment by cash and credit card and makes change
- presents orders to guests and ensures accuracy
- assists with order filling as needed
- reads monitor to identify products needing preparation
- notifies cook of special orders, shortages, and needs

- sweeps, mops, discards trash, and fills ice bins
- sets up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
- communicates positively with customers, team members, and managers
- maintains cleanliness on service and order presentation counters
- organizes and rotates stock in the display cooler

- keeps the workstation clean and sanitary
