In the back of the restaurant, Team Members prepare menu items with a focus on food safety, presentation, and taste, following established procedures to guarantee quality. They operate kitchen equipment like grills, fryers, and assembly stations, apply first-in, first-out product rotation, and adhere to food safety policies including proper hand washing and glove use. Attention to detail and compliance with health standards are central to the role.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for 90-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
- Ability to listen to guest orders and operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with Jack in the Box uniform and grooming standards
