As a company, Peter Piper Pizza emphasizes quality in all aspects, from the ingredients they select to the service they provide. Each guest is treated as a valued member of the Peter Piper Pizza family, fostering an environment of warmth and hospitality throughout every visit.
Working at Peter Piper Pizza means joining a team that values growth, support, and opportunity. The company's culture is deeply rooted in team member development, offering extensive training designed to equip employees with the skills and confidence needed to excel in various roles such as cashier, dough master, party host, prep staff, oven attendant, or games attendant. Many employees who start in entry-level positions find paths to build fulfilling careers within the company, highlighting a strong commitment to internal promotion. In fact, 70 percent of the management team rises from within, which speaks to how Peter Piper Pizza nurtures and takes care of its workforce.
This role invites individuals who have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for serving others—both guests and fellow team members alike. The team member position is open to individuals aged 16 and above and requires obtaining a health certification within 60 days of employment. The company offers a flexible work schedule to accommodate different lifestyles, competitive pay, and several attractive perks such as discounted food and a rewards program. Health insurance and holiday closures demonstrate the company’s commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.
