Currently, Casey's is hiring for multiple positions including Store Team Members and Store Leaders such as Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Shift Lead, Center Store Manager, and Center Store Shift Lead. Store Team Members are the friendly faces guests encounter when they visit Casey's stores. They handle tasks including stocking, cleaning, cash register operation, and food preparation. No prior experience is required for these roles, as team members receive cross-training across various store functions to build valuable skills in food and guest service.

Store Leaders play a vital role in creating a positive store culture and ensuring smooth operations. They lead teams and oversee daily tasks such as merchandising, food preparation, guest service, and inventory management. Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in retail or food service is an asset but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • teamwork and positive attitude
  • basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • leadership experience for management roles

Job Duties
