The current opportunity is for motivated and energetic individuals to join their team as Team Members at the restaurant located at 48 Akins Road. This role offers significant job advancement potential for qualified and determined candidates who are eager to grow within the company. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a memorable guest experience by working seamlessly with the Restaurant General Manager, Hourly Shift Manager, and other team members to maintain high standards in sales, customer service, and the environment of service. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting guests with a friendly demeanor, accurately taking and preparing food orders, expediting orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. This role also involves handling cash transactions with precision and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

This position demands a strong ability to work collaboratively with various levels of restaurant staff, including team members, hourly shift coordinators, and district managers to consistently deliver the brand promise. You will be handling a dynamic work environment characterized by narrow walkways, hard surfaces such as shelves, tables, racks, floors, and counters, as well as hot surfaces including hot grease, oil, and water. The use of LED lighting enhances the work conditions while facilitating efficient operations. The position requires physical capability, including lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds. The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating timers and cash register keypads and must possess the ability to follow both written and oral instructions carefully and promptly.
