Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- availability for early morning, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
- positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- willingness to cross-train in various store functions
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- leadership qualities for shift leader positions
- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- prepare and serve Casey's signature pizzas, donuts, and other fresh food items
- maintain clean and organized store and kitchen areas
- stock shelves and manage inventory efficiently
- support team members and step in as shift leader when assigned
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
