Job Duties

  • Provide quick and efficient service to customers
  • greet customers and take food and beverage orders
  • accurately record orders on POS system and compute bills
  • check orders for completeness and accuracy
  • inform kitchen staff of shortages or special requests
  • take out trash and maintain exterior lot cleanliness
  • ensure accurate accounting of transactions during shifts
  • receive and verify cash drawer accuracy
  • review price changes and menu specials
  • collect cash or charge payments and make change
  • maintain cleanliness of lobby, register areas, and food display counters
  • ensure food displays meet standards and are presented attractively
  • clean workstations thoroughly
  • relay customer comments to supervisor
  • prepare dough as prescribed
  • comply with portioning and safety standards
  • use appropriate equipment for food preparation
  • follow food safety procedures
  • check and prepare product assembly
  • monitor oven settings
  • verify product compliance with standards
  • prepare and assemble all products according to orders
  • set up and stock workstations
  • monitor food production areas for safety and sanitation

  • ensure proper dating and FIFO compliance
  • maintain a safe storage environment
  • perform other duties as assigned
