The Team Member role at CG Hospitality Group, Inc. is fundamental to the company’s success in delivering exceptional guest services. This role requires attentiveness and efficiency in taking customer orders, accurately entering them into the POS system, and managing cash register transactions with accountability and precision. In addition to food preparation and order management, team members are also tasked with maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining and kitchen areas, restrooms, and front and back of the restaurant. This includes washing dishes, replenishing supplies, organizing the walk-in cooler, and keeping napkin holders and condiment stations stocked.

Job Duties

  • Take customer orders and accurately input them into POS system
  • Perform cash register transactions including drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired crew members
  • Ensure cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Prepare customer food orders including pizza, wings, sandwiches, bread twists for dine in, take-out and delivery
  • Serve customers seated in the dining area
  • Monitor and replenish the salad bar
  • cut and prepare vegetables as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, rest rooms, and front and back restaurant areas
  • Wash dishes, glasses, pans, utensils, etc.
  • Prepare pizza boxes, fill napkin holders and condiments
  • Organize walk-in cooler as needed
