The Server/Cashier role involves direct interaction with customers, greeting guests warmly, suggesting menu items to boost sales, handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the menu, recipes, pricing, and specials. Additionally, it includes responsibilities like cleaning, stocking, and adherence to cash handling protocols.

The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing all food products according to specified recipes and safety standards, managing food volume relative to customer demand, and participating in product quality communication and daily cleaning duties. This role demands mastery of equipment, portion control, and attractive food presentation.

Steam Cook/Prep team members prepare food items per established recipes and health regulations, operate kitchen equipment safely, maintain food display and storage using first-in, first-out practices, and uphold food safety and cost control guidelines.

Dishwashers maintain sanitation throughout the restaurant, including cleaning dining areas, utensils, storage spaces, and trash receptacles. They also assist in customer service functions as needed, contributing to a well-organized and efficient workspace.

Job Requirements

  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, willing to serve the public in a positive manner
  • Able to arrive to work on time
  • Able to work in a cooperative manner with other team members and management staff
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, pleasant attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Employees must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by law
  • Employees under the age of 18 are prohibited from using machines, equipment, or tools prohibited by law
  • Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to follow all health and safety laws, policies and procedures
  • Ability to deliver food orders within specified time goals
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and stooping
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to effectively and safely use kitchen knives
  • Adequate command of English language including understanding, speaking, reading and writing
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling

Job Duties

  • Serve customers within assigned station following prescribed methods and guest service standards
  • Greet customers and enhance sales through purchase suggestions
  • Handle payment transactions following company cash handling policies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items including ingredients, presentation, prices, and specials
  • Complete cleaning and stocking duties according to daily operating procedures
  • Practice food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist other team members and perform cross-functional tasks as needed
  • Prepare food products according to recipe manuals and safety standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain food displays with proper rotation
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and kitchen stations
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and management regarding food quality and inventory
  • Follow established cost control and waste management guidelines
