The position available is for a Team Member primarily responsible for the preparation, presentation, and service of Auntie Anne’s and/or Cinnabon products. This role entails working closely with other team members to ensure the store's premises and equipment are well-maintained and comply with company standards. The Team Member will be engaged in various stages of product preparation such as dough preparation, baking, shaping, and packaging pretzels and Cinnabons. They are also responsible for preparing specialty products, managing ovens, and ensuring quality control by monitoring baking times and product appearance.
Beyond food preparation, the Team Member acts as a frontline ambassador for the brand, warmly greeting and serving guests while efficiently operating point-of-sale systems. Key responsibilities include accurately taking and processing orders, upselling products to boost profitability, and offering samples to potential customers. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills to ensure all guests experience a friendly and courteous interaction. Job Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in the food service industry or equivalent retail experience
- current food handler certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to understand and carry out instructions in English

Job Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in the food service industry or equivalent retail experience
- current food handler certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions in English and request clarification when needed
- strong guest focus with excellent people skills, including positive can-do attitude and quick learner
- availability to work shifts
- ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
- compliance with all health and sanitation laws and regulations
- experience in computer, smartphones, iPads, retail handhelds, and POS systems preferred
- general knowledge and understanding of the food industry or retail operations preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare dough and other products such as lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon
- insert, rotate, and remove pretzel and Cinnabon trays
- monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
- dip, drain, and fill pretzels and Cinnabons in warmers and hot plates
- prepare drinks and bag orders using appropriate health and safety measures
- exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward guests and co-workers
- host, greet, and serve guests with a smile and take orders
- assertively and professionally suggest and upsell to increase profitability
- operate the point-of-sale system efficiently with minimum voids and accurately make change
- serve and provide samples to potential guests
- set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening
- break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing
- perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed
- comply with uniform policy and company hygiene/appearance standards
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- comply with company policies and relevant federal and state regulations
