The position available is for a Team Member primarily responsible for the preparation, presentation, and service of Auntie Anne’s and/or Cinnabon products. This role entails working closely with other team members to ensure the store's premises and equipment are well-maintained and comply with company standards. The Team Member will be engaged in various stages of product preparation such as dough preparation, baking, shaping, and packaging pretzels and Cinnabons. They are also responsible for preparing specialty products, managing ovens, and ensuring quality control by monitoring baking times and product appearance.

Beyond food preparation, the Team Member acts as a frontline ambassador for the brand, warmly greeting and serving guests while efficiently operating point-of-sale systems. Key responsibilities include accurately taking and processing orders, upselling products to boost profitability, and offering samples to potential customers. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills to ensure all guests experience a friendly and courteous interaction.
