Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for 4 to 8 hours with or without accommodations
- Willingness to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Ability to follow cash handling policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility to fulfill multiple roles

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Think and act proactively regarding the needs of team and guests
- Differentiate between solvable problems and when to ask for leader support
- Take direction willingly from leaders
