Urban Air Salem, a branch of the main company, is currently seeking qualified and energetic individuals to join their team in several key positions, including Court Monitor, Front Desk attendant, Party Host, and Café staff. These roles are integral to the daily operations of the park, ensuring guests receive excellent service and a safe, enjoyable visit. Team members need to have reliable transportation and be prepared to work shifts between Monday and Sunday, with at least one shift from Monday to Thursday and two shifts between Friday and Sunday. The working environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring individuals to be energetic and customer-focused.

As a Team Member at Urban Air, you will engage closely with guests, assisting them in enjoying all the attractions safely. Customer service is a top priority, as is maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facilities. Positions like Court Monitor involve overseeing guest safety on the various play courts, while Front Desk staff manage ticketing, guest inquiries, and administrative tasks. Party Hosts play a key role in organizing and running birthday parties and group events, ensuring a lively and fun atmosphere. Café roles involve food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean serving area.

Urban Air values individuals who bring high energy and excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in retail or hospitality considered advantageous but not essential. Cash handling skills are also required for many positions.
