The role of a Team Member at Fresh Dining Concepts is centered around the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon products, offering customers a delightful experience with every visit. This full-time or part-time position requires associates who are enthusiastic about food service, customer interaction, and maintaining store standards. Team Members are responsible for a variety of tasks including dough preparation, baking, and assembling specialty products such as pretzels and Cinnabons, alongside handling drinks and other products responsibly and hygienically. In addition to product preparation, employees take on the important role of guest interaction by greeting visitors, taking orders, suggesting upsell items in a friendly and professional manner, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and equipment readiness. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems is also expected to ensure transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Prolonged or stationary standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand or arm motions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly stressed environment
- Work with agility
- Occasional long hours within applicable laws
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to effectively communicate in English for safety and work purposes
- Ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
- Minimum age 16 to operate ovens and 18 to operate mixers
- Availability to work shifts
- Compliance with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in the food service industry or equivalent retail experience
- Current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days as required by local law
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral or written instructions in English and request clarification when needed
- Strong guest focus with excellent people skills including positive can-do attitude and quick learner
- Availability to work shifts
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
- Compliance with all health and sanitation laws and regulations
- Experience with computers, smartphones, iPads, retail handhelds, and POS systems preferred
- General knowledge and understanding of the food industry or retail operations preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare dough and other products such as lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- Roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- Prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon
- Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel and Cinnabon trays and monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
- Dip, drain, and fill pretzels and Cinnabons in the warmer or hot plate
- Prepare drinks and bag orders using appropriate health and safety measures
- Exhibit a friendly and courteous attitude toward guests and co-workers
