Job Duties

providing exceptional customer service to guests to assist their needs
maintain a sparkling clean store
provide fresh, great quality products to customers
learn different store positions such as rolling and twisting pretzels, monitor baking times, prepare product properly for display, bag orders, prepare drinks, rotate inventory and stock the store
be responsible for cash drawer and handle cash/credit transactions
open and close the store according to company guidelines
follow company guidelines during store operational hours
communicate as a team with fellow co-workers
assist in training new employees
run nightly reports and record all paperwork properly
follow all food safety regulations
perform duties in a safe manner and comply with all federal and state regulations
