The position is typically suited for individuals at least 16 years of age, who possess clear communication skills in English and potentially another language depending on location. Employees must be able to read and understand written instructions, perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, and multiplication, and listen attentively to customer orders. Physical stamina is also important, as the role requires standing and walking approximately 90 to 95 percent of the shift, as well as lifting items weighing between 15 to 25 pounds.
