Klein Capriotti is hiring a Team Member to join their operations department, a critical role that supports the company’s mission to deliver delicious and fresh sandwiches while maintaining uncompromising standards of food quality and customer service.

The Team Member position at Klein Capriotti is a part-time role with shifts available throughout the day, including first (day), second (afternoon), and third (night) shifts. Reporting to the General Manager, this position involves being the face of the company and delivering the Capriotti’s promise of consistently serving hot food hot and cold food cold, ensuring all food is fresh in a clean environment, while wearing a full uniform and a smile. The core focus of this position is to share their passion, one sandwich at a time, which reflects Capriotti's dedication to quality and genuine service.

Successful candidates will excel in customer service, demonstrating patience, effective communication, and active listening skills. The role demands a high level of professionalism, including adherence to dress code guidelines and maintaining a clean appearance. Team Members will also need basic math skills to handle money and manage inventory and stock accurately. Time management and stamina are crucial, as the position requires standing for long periods and sometimes lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with an expectation to work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Working collaboratively with the team is a vital part of the role; creating a positive work environment ensures an excellent customer experience. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus

  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
