The company is currently looking to expand its team by hiring passionate individuals to join the "Bou Crew" as Team Members. This is a front-line position that plays a pivotal role in delivering the Caribou experience. Team Members are responsible for creating memorable day-making interactions with guests by providing unparalleled customer service and crafting beverages and food offerings to exacting standards. The Team Member role demands a blend of interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and operational abilities. Team Members are expected to develop personal, ongoing relationships with guests by practicing active listening, making knowledgeable recommendations, and anticipating guest needs proactively. Their tasks include handcrafting beverages per Caribou’s recognized standard operating procedures and preparing and serving food offerings. Team Members also take on various responsibilities such as managing cash drawer operations and maintaining store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization.

Physical demands of the role include the ability to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently during shifts lasting between four to eight hours, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred

- floats between barista and guest service, willingly fulfills all team member roles and responsibilities
- takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintains the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
- actively thinks and acts upon what the team and guest will need in the future
- differentiates between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- understands the team is managing multiple priorities and takes direction from leaders
