The role being offered is for a Corporate Field Operations team member who plays a critical part in maintaining and enhancing guest satisfaction and operational success at Checkers & Rally's franchises. This position is designed to ensure guests consistently choose Checkers & Rally's as their preferred dining option by delivering excellent guest service and fast, bold food. The team member will be actively involved in promoting sales and profits by exceeding guest expectations and fostering a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both guests and employees. This role requires adaptability, as it includes cross-training and certification across multiple positions within the restaurant, enabling the team member to support various operational needs efficiently. The Corporate Field Operations team member also acts as a liaison by escalating concerns or feedback to the General Manager, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
