- Follow specific recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation
- Utilize appropriate cooking techniques and equipment
- Adhere to proper holding times and temperatures
- Regularly monitor food items to ensure freshness
- Rotate stock to minimize waste
- Package food products in approved containers and bags
- Label food items for takeout orders
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Inspect appearance and taste to ensure standards
- Always wear complete and proper uniform
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Engage warmly with customers and maintain eye contact
- Follow cash handling and security protocols
- Process transactions accurately
- Safeguard cash and report discrepancies
- Collaborate effectively with teammates
