Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Willingness and ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Positive attitude and dependability
- Ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple positions
- Able to multi-task without direction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on various roles within the restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- Be cross-trained in minimum of at least three service positions
- Multi-task and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Stand for long periods of time
- Work well in a team environment to get things done together
- Lift up to 50lbs when required
- Maintain a positive attitude and dependability
