The Team Member position at Caribou Coffee is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and embodying the brand's purpose and values.   • heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
  • float between barista and guest service and willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
  • take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
  • differentiate between solvable problems and when to ask for leader support
  • take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
