The role of Team Member at Fresh Dining Concepts involves working primarily with Auntie Anne’s and/or Cinnabon brands. This role is essential for the seamless operation of the store and delivering an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting food and beverage items in accordance with the company’s established recipes and standards, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store premises and equipment, and following all health and safety protocols. Team Members engage directly with guests by taking orders, answering questions, and suggesting additional items to enhance the dining experience and company profitability.

This position requires a hands-on approach where employees will be rolling, twisting, dipping, shaping, baking, and bagging pretzel and cinnamon roll products; preparing specialty items; and ensuring the timely completion of orders. The Team Member is also expected to handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and provide samples to entice potential customers.
