The position available is for a Team Member role, serving the brands of Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon. This role is essential in ensuring both the preparation and presentation of products meet the high standards set by Fresh Dining Concepts and the franchisors. A Team Member is responsible not only for creating delicious and visually appealing pretzels, Cinnabon products, and specialty items but also for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store environment. This is a front-line role that involves direct interaction with guests, requiring a friendly and courteous attitude to provide excellent customer experiences.

This role offers an opportunity to learn a variety of food preparation techniques including dough preparation, baking, and assembling brand-specific products such as pretzels, Cinnabons, lemonades, and specialty dips.
